When we affirm that we are rising up and out, not only are we preparing our minds to command our body to take action, but we are taking a posture that leads to ending or exiting out of a cycle or pattern that may no longer serve or aim towards a healthier version of self, in hopes to enter into something better! So let’s close our eyes and begin to see, what bad habits, cycles, or patterns we need to break free and rise out of so we can become the person we need.
