There has only been one true High Priest and one true Temple. Yet, the counterfeit temple exists as the temporal priest craft of not only the Papacy but the harlot that dwells in each mans heart. Jesus, because He loves His bride, allows her to be persecuted and overtaken by the little horn that cast down the heavenly sanctuary. This draws her to Christ in brokenness and a true understanding of her need for Him. We will also see that Cyrus being a type of messiah will be trampled by the the goat, Alexander the Great, a stubborn Azazel. This not only has an ancient application, but will apply prophetically to the times we are living in now.

Satan comes against the Gospel in a pernicious attempt to take as many souls he can with him to the grave. Our one hope will be in admitting this fact about ourselves and turning to Christ, the murder victim, as the ransom for our sins.
