America’s entire electrical grid is in very poor shape. Those massive transmission tower systems are old and are not being rapidly rebuilt (think “infrastructure”). Our systems of electric generation can be both haphazardous and problematic (remember the 2021 Texas Freeze). As of March 18, 2021, the U.S. Energy Information Administration, reports our primary ways of generating electricity are 1.) natural gas - 40%, 2.) nuclear energy - 20%, 3.) coal - 19%, 4.) wind - 8.4%, 5.) hydropower (dams) - 7.3%, 6.) solar - 2.3%, 7.) biomass - 1.4%, and 8.) geothermal - 0.4%. In other words, do my age, my health, and the size of my community make me more likely to get COVID-19 or less likely to do so. Older people living in bigger, more densely populated communities are probably going to get vaccinated. Younger people, especially if living in more rural communities are not. Using a pronoun for a person which is not that person’s “preferred gender” has been made a violation of law in a number of states, as well as by the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights provisions. California had such a provision in its long-term care facility code (HSC § 1439.51). This meant caregivers in long-term care facilities could be fined $1,000 and a year in prison. With a 3-0 ruling, a California Court of Appeal has struck down this pronoun provision saying it violates the 1st Amendment Right of Free Speech because it was restricting speech based upon the content of that speech. This is a very specific ruling on California law, but it is encouraging.

As a result, the whole community becomes protected — not just those who are immune.”   The American Journal of Clinical Pathology says in one of its recent published articles, “Herd Immunity to COVID-19” (01-05-2021), “we will need at least 60% to 72% herd immunity to ‘just’ cut the transmission chain.” If two-thirds (67%) of the American population has been vaccinated, then we are within that “herd immunity” range. Thus, we clearly no longer have an American COVID-19 pandemic — by definition!   We do have a big COVID-19 problem at the Southern border with the illegals flooding across and into the United States; but the Biden Administration is ignoring that. Americans have become less trusting in recent years, and an analysis of Gallop's newest "Trust List" is very telling, especially when compared to previous years’ surveys. The only segments of the American Society that are trusted by the majority of Americans are #1 - Small Business (70%), #2 - the U.S. Military (69%, but declining because of “wokeness”), and #3 - the Police (51%). The ruling is in conflict with a 5th Circuit ruling in 2012, and the Biden DOJ doesn’t like it, so it is likely going to be further appealed.

The IRS rejection letter stated it did not like “Christians Engaged” discussing the following: “the sanctity of life, the definition of marriage, biblical justice, laws vs. lawlessness, freedom of speech, religious liberty, government and business ethics, human trafficking, fiscal responsibility in government budgeting, defense, borders and immigration, U.S. and Israel relations.” The Bright Spot is U.S. Representatives Chip Roy (R-TX), Kevin Brady (R-TX), and Jim Jordan (R-OH), as well as Senators Mike Lee (R-UT) and Ted Cruz (R-TX), got involved, and the IRS just changed its mind! “Christians Engaged” now has it 501.c.3 status, retroactive to 2019!

The Founding Fathers never imagined some of our current election problems, including absentee voting, ballot harvesting, and voting by computer. As a result, the Constitution is silent on how to handle as situation where a person, currently holding the Office of the President, is determined to have been elected fraudulently. At this time, we have no solutions. The Supreme Court cannot create new law. It can only rule on the Constitutionality of facts, events, and existing written law. We do have mechanisms to amend the Constitution to address this problem in future elections; but even that is not likely to happen before the 2022 elections. The burden to solve this problem in the near term is solely the States’ responsibility to resolve, and that can only be State by State right now.The Democrats (which now are all extreme leftists, even often to the degree of being socialists) are engaging in all sorts of illegal power grabs, and the American Press Corps is letting them do it. There always has been an element of corrupt political power-grabbing in the US, but there was better balance that today because of a more honest American Press. After Watergate, the upcoming “journalists” believed it was their job to destroy Republicans, not to expose government corruption. AND THAT is a major factor of our current corrupt political mess! As predicted when Governors started declaring COVID “State of Emergency” edicts last year, Governor Cuomo is now the first governor to start using “disaster declarations” to strip Americans of their Constitutional Rights, but he won’t be the last. He is quoted as saying “Just like we did with COVID, New York is going to lead the nation once again with a comprehensive approach to combating and preventing gun violence, and our first step is acknowledging the problem with a first-in-the-nation disaster emergency on gun violence.” He has declared a “Gun Violence Disaster Emergency” to be a public health crisis, and created a new Office of Gun Violence Prevention inside the New York Dept of Health. He is starting by targeting New York City, Albany, Buffalo, Syracuse, and Long Island. The Biden Administration, from the very first day in office, has been attacking the entire fossil fuel industry — and thus, the American people. He has so damages the industry that we went from a net-export oil and gas Nation to a net-import Nation again. This has left us subject to whatever our Nation’s enemies choose to do to us and the prices American have to pay for gasoline and fuel to heat and cool their homes. And of course, it hurts the poorest the most. But the Biden Administration does not care. It is only interested in what the environmentalists want.When Conan O'Brien and Sean Penn realize the political left have gone too far, that is hopeful. Those include wanting fewer hours at work and more flexibility in their lives, as well as shifting careers to pursue their passions. While Louis Avallone and Stephen Parr respect those desires, they are also strong supporters of “doers” who work hard to make a difference as compared to those who believe personal success is more due to luck than hard work and determination. (D-MO) Cori Bush declared the 4th of July was only a holiday for white people, not all people. As Reagan famously said, what some people declare to “know” just isn’t so, and this is one of those examples! It all started with the Second Sentence of the Declaration of Independence which was signed on July 4, 1776! YES, JULY 4! And as Louis Avallone points out, hundreds of thousands (estimated at 620,000) died during the Civil War to free the slaves. Furthermore, Juneteenth was not when American slaves were freed. That happened when President Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation became effective on January 1, 1863. June 19, 1863 was when word of the Emancipation Proclamation finally reached Galveston, TX.We have the FBI, the Secret Service, the US Marshalls, and the AFT, as well as a number of other Federal law enforcement agencies. The Capitol Police, however, is just supposed to protect the Capitol buildings in Washington, DC. Members of Congress receive protection in their home districts from their local law enforcement agencies. They do not need branches of the Capitol Police in their home districts, too, so what is Pelosi’s true motivation for opening up branch offices in Florida and California?

Alan Dershowitz, a Constitutional and Criminal Law Expert and a retired Harvard Law School Professor, explains how being able to provide opportunities for your children to excel in whatever profession they choose is “What Makes America Great”! His own personal story proves his point. He was present for Martin Luther King’s famous declaration about wanting people to be judged by the content of character, not skin color. That, he stresses, is what has made America great, and he adds “And we’re losing it!…We are losing it to what is called ‘Identity Politics’.”Moon Griffon, Louisiana Conservative Radio Talk Show Host, makes a very profound observation: “Every bit of our Freedom was born with blood.” He further explains, if we lose this Freedom we have, "we will not get it back with a law or a stroke of a pen." We will have to fight and some will die to get it back. Moon thinks frequently young people take our American freedoms for granted. It takes some age, maturity, and personal religious faith to realize how precious our freedoms are and how they must be protected at all cost. Kimberly Guilfoyle, a television news personality, grew up believing America’s Greatness is found in the quality of opportunities America provides; however, whether or not you achieve those goals is determined by each one of us. Your limits in life are not determined by anyone or any entity other than yourself and how hard you are willing to work to make it happen. It is that opportunity for each of us to decide who and what we want to achieve in life that Makes America Great! Wesley Hunt, Combat Veteran, Congressional Candidate, and host of the podcast “In the Hunt”, grew up in a very patriotic Army family. Governor Reeves believes having a good work ethic is critical to being able to achieve one’s American dream. Our diversity and our complicated history does help make America great. We have had to overcome those challenging problems, and in doing so, it has made us stronger.Senator Marsha Blackburn, from the State of Tennessee, believes we must be ever vigilant fighting to protect our natural American Rights of Faith, Family, Freedom, Hope, and Opportunity, or we will lose them. She agrees with Ronald Reagan that we are always one generation away from extinction. It is extremely important for each generation to learn Civics and American History as part of teaching them how to be good citizens willing to defend the Nation for their generation and the next.Daniel Cameron, Attorney General from the Commonwealth of Kentucky, thinks the fact American are always striving to make the country a more perfect union is what provided America the ability to be great. In the history of nations, this is a unique and special concept of governance. The Republican Party does not care about skin color. It cares about values and personal character.
