I had the the opportunity to sit down with Peter Keeler and Mike Mitchell and discuss something that has negatively impacted both of their lives. They share their real stories and struggles as they try to decide how to move on from alcohol abuse, what that looks like and how they have been battling it for years. I think they are brave for exposing themselves this way but I know they are doing it to let other people know they are not alone in this battle. Also maybe they will help each other shed light on this private battle that not many people discuss right in the middle of the battle. **This is not to be taken lightly and if you are struggling with alcohol abuse then you should seek help, there is help and lots of it.

I take you on a journey through a time in my life that I have so loving coined my "cult" days! I don&apos;t discuss these days often because I often feel judging eyes and or disbelief from people that I may have actually lived this way in my past. I have so many mixed emotions myself because it has genuinely impacted me and my life in so many beautiful ways but it has also hurt me and made me ever so self concious as so many of the "rules" have wreaked havoc in my mind. I continually grow and learn that I am perfect just the way I am and don&apos;t have to follow a set of standards for God to love me or anyone else for that matter. I hope you enjoy my story.

Trying to shed some light on what struggles come with a friend with benefits type situation. I sat down with my daughter and husband and tried to have a very real conversation from all sides on hooking up with friends and in general. Hoping this will give some feed back on what girls and guys are "really" thinking about in these situations.
