This may involve an overly invested mother-in-law,a guilting mother of your own, a person with an addiction, or just someone whose opinion you take personally.I'm sure you are tired of being hurt by the things these challenging people say, the guilt you feel at theircomments, or the anger that they have power over you. The joy of living your life without guilt is just too good not to strive for.
