why we humans turning into heartless creature day by day for our needs and wants ? we all see so many videos on social media and on news channels as well on animal abuse and even we put stories on social media platforms to save animals and even some times we say Why do people get pets that they can't take care of ? , but never realised that what we're currently doing with animals ? we're killing them for our selfishness for our taste buds and eating them, do ever realised what you're doing to them , killing them for your wants for your taste ? people says that humans are omnivores that is we can eat plant based food and animal based food But studies had already shown that humans are omnivores by their own choices we're anatomically herbivores anatomically refers to as regards bodily structures or structures of the organisms we all have a teeth's which don't meant to chew flesh and meat are you a monkey ? because they're omnivores we have intestine which meant to digest vegetarian food ,if you eat meat or flesh which are obtained from animals they will get digested within 24-72 hours which is equivalent to 3 days studies had shown the people who eat meat have less life expectancy rate than vegetarians ,Numerous studies have shown that meat is not an ideal for the human body and may actually be making us sick and killing us. The human body is intended to function on plant-based foods that are full of fiber, antioxidants, unsaturated fat, essential fatty acids, proteins and many more nutrients ,when you eat meat frequently it can even cause heart disease such as blockage in your arteries and red meat can even cause cancer which is the major health issue.That's the reason that almost 49% of british people are turning into vegan day by day yeah I know it's hard to become vegan but atleast we can turn into a vegetarian I feel so blessed that i born in a family of vegetarians .Please save animals they're born to be loved not killed by humans ,have some humanity. Why we all are not happy and contented with ourselves?So last month brought a lots of positive and well pleased changes in me and I believe it also will gonna bring some positive changes in you too?? I just want to share this thing with you too ,so i was also a victim of covid unfortunately, and that was last month and I was in isolation for 14-15 days. at first I was enjoying my own company watching movies, reading novels , writing diary entry making me feel positive but after few days I started feeling alone and negative because while i was scrolling the social media .I saw so many people and started comparing myself with them which makes me me feel a bit less in my own self, I can't explain that feeling to you guys through out the day i think the way i look , so many people are out there who look perfect but i never realised that social media is fake full of filters, photoshop,some people are happy on social media but they're unhappy in real life.No ones share there personal life on social media people share only those things which they want to share which they want to show to other people for an example. we click 20-30 pictures but we post 3-4 of them ,so don't rely on social media.In this covid situation if you're alive and are able to meet necessary meets , just do one thing by heart and soul , be grateful to god or universe for what you have. Thousands of people are dying within seconds and we're think that we don't have a perfect body ? some people have eyes but can't see , have tongue but can't speak and some don't have legs to walk and we're crying that we don't look perfect to fit on this social media platform like seriously? We need to be thankful for what we have we're perfect the way we look we don't need to hide those extra pimple,dark circles, stretch marks and put extra makeup to impress people. I know these things have been told and exclaimed by millions of people. Its human nature. We tend to look good but everytime? Ahhaha no. We are not going to be next kylie jenner or tom cruise. Even celebrities like to remain comfy within their private lives.
