I will never again let anyone control that.   [13:19]What was the catalyst that woke you up? I was a powerful child. I'm very headstrong, very determined, and then it got beat out of me. I learned through that process. It's easier to do what you're told and shut up. I had cancer in 2019, and for the last 21 years, and through everything, I'm using that to fuel my fire to find my determination. When I was in hiding, and I was dying. I had to learn to start over. I have to keep going, and I'm not going to stop, and that's all I can do. The road to recovery is a long, hard, painful one, but the road is worth it. [17:05]I have this incredible opportunity to create anyone I want to be. I seized that opportunity. And the person I built as a result of hiding. Nothing even remotely resembles the person that went into hiding. I am starting over.   [19:26]Books and how do they help people. One of my superpowers is to quickly identify gaps and come up with pivot and diversification plans. So I've continuously operated that way. And it becomes my superpower after so many decades. So, as a result of the April 5 call, I'm knocking your superpower eight steps to turn your existing knowledge into income was released in August. Many people need to know how to save businesses or start a business if they've lost their job or someone in their family has lost their jobs.   [22:19] Passion And this moment, I have just launched the significant change the World Foundation, which is a global comprehensive youth movement with three main pillars. The first is youth entrepreneurship. The second is Youth Advocacy. It's a way for me to go into underserved communities and teach and train, equip them with the entrepreneurial skills needed to launch their own business in their community. [12:59] Setbacks and things that slow you down I realized I was hitting rock bottom when I began to see the revelation of my purpose.  [14:27] Difference on how you approach opportunities over time I think it's difficult to break the norm of the routine, there are only a few who wants to break away from the norm and approach opportunities differently. [16:43] Transitioning to success  I couldn't stop thinking about the fact that not long earlier, I googled quickest and most painless way to die. It made me realize how many people set their emotions on google. It came to me that we needed to have something where we can set our emotions out or have each other's back and work as a tribe. Today we will be talking about the different mentality of coaches on how you should run your business. Let’s dive into the episode!  [6:30] Why should we listen to you? I think it's because of a combination of three things. Number one, I get results. The second thing is, I've lived it, you know like you said a minute ago, you know, you learn something, you want to share it with others. I've lived with this in my life. And then the third thing is that this is what I've studied.  [7:43] What has life taught you?  I think it comes down to the future to create; the future can be changed, whatever our story is, to a certain point. That's just the story to that point. And then the second thing would be, you can change your story.  [12:24] How to get started.   It begins with believing a new possibility exists, we have to have that hope, and hope is not passive for me. Hope comes from taking action.    [12:51] it's all about how we get started, how we find a straightforward action that I think will lead me in the direction that I want to go, and how I take that action.  [14:19] Approaching someone’s perspective in the past.   Part of it is helping people test it. Sometimes that voice, can come from many different places; part of that is testing whose voice am I listening to?  [16:09] Most challenging part on your journey.  I think, personally and professionally, it recognizes a plateau when I hit it. That's why I constantly challenge myself to acknowledge the plateaus as they're happening. Because once I realize it, I can make it through. It recognizes it for me.  [19:25] Coaching People  When I'm coaching people, they're so hard on themselves, to the point where you even recognize how good you are, what you're good at, what your strengths are, and I think that's the other part of it. Sometimes we need that person to say, wait a minute, stop being quite so hard on yourself because you've got all this other stuff over here that's going on, and it's working. Well, let's acknowledge it so you can build on it.  [22:37] What gets under your skin? People can see all the action, just not taking action, but they don't take the steps. It doesn't matter. If you fail, it doesn't matter if you make a mistake. The big thing is trying something because you will learn from it. I'm a massive believer in that. If you take action, you're going to learn from it, and you will move forward.  [23:21] Future of Coaching  I don't see it dropping off in popularity. It'll be something that more people will turn to. it's going to be something where the world funding is at a point of realizing that like, it's a necessity.  [28:06] What promise did God make to the world when He created you? That I would inspire people to seek their possibilities and not their limitations because what we seek, we tend to find, and I want people to see their possibilities. And today, she is going to share with us how she was able to make her business flourish and also being the voice of the artists in the beauty industry. [8:13] Why should we listen to you? I'm a voice for a lot of people. I am a leader in the beauty industry of a lot of hairstylists, estheticians permanent makeup artists in an industry where we're not taking that seriously. We're like the forgotten people. A lot of us don't have degrees. A lot of people think what we do is just playing hair and makeup. I do feel like my perspective also is that I'm an immigrant. When my father basically takes us from poverty to a middle class, you’ll know your neighborhood in a matter of two years. That's where I get my inspiration from where you just don't ask for permission. No one's gonna give you permission. Don't wait until it feels ready. until you feel ready, just go out and do it. [11:54]  Do you think it's an assessment you’re like a prerequisite for success? It's definitely like a mindset. There needs to be a certain amount of rage. I think you shouldn’t confine your feelings to being angry. The world tells you feeling angry is bad, and you try and calm down. Some of the best entrepreneurs have two things in common, they get frustrated and angry. It's just about how you use the fuel. How you use the energy and what you do with it. Like when you feel bad, you should use it, you should lean into it. Don't try to get rid of it like there's a reason why you feel bad. There's a reason why you're upset. [14:26] How can you differentiate whether it can kill you or make you? I think you need to have something in your life that feels better than success. Something that feels better than that dopamine hit, where if that thing is being compromised or not. It’s those moments in life that tell you that something checks throughout the universe that you are more than this moment.       [19:15] How is being been ungrounded, grounded you? A personal reminder of what's important, slowing things down. There's something really primal about doing household chores. It's amazing what you can accomplish when you believe in yourself. My goal was not to make six figures a month, my goal was to make six figures a year. And now, we started making six figures a month within a matter of three years. [23:25] How did you start to believe in yourself that this was possible when it never been shown to you before to be possible in your own real life? We've kind of shown to me with the example of my father. He didn't have a degree from here. And you just had to work with what he had. My parents always told me that I should go to college, Why do I need that I didn't see that it was necessary for my success? It’s when you don’t how to fully use the resources that you have. [27:07] Social media is a great equalizer. There are no great gatekeepers anymore. If you're a musician, you can go out and make music. You don't have to wait for somebody to tell you that you're allowed to be important.  We're living in a tremendous time in history where anybody can literally be anyone they want. Shiela Bella - The REAL Meaning of Beauty

In today's episode, our guest is Steve Sims, founder, and CEO of the luxury concierge service Bluefish. He is also an author and published a book, Bluefishing: The Art of Making Things Happen.   [6:05] Why should we listen to you? I'm there to benefit you. I think too many people now talk to other people, whether it being in a conversation, zoom me in a clubhouse, and it's all about the quality help. Listen to me; I'm so wonderful to benefit me by association with you. You bring something that's the same as a conversation. [6:59] Where do we get being something you do? In East London, let's call it 15 onto a building site. And quite simply, if I knew I said the wrong thing to someone, I was elementary to understand. I went out trying to find out where I fit until I realized I wasn't meant to.  Along the way, I ended up developing the world's first experiential concierge firm before I went into speaking and coaching and teaching other people how they should communicate. [8:17] I left that company about two and a half years ago. Wants to book bluefish in the art of making things happen came out and literally in a whirlwind, and we launched the book didn't even have a website. Because I thought no one's going to touch it. And it's now dragged me around the world speaking coaching media.  [12:23] Finding connections and relationships. I've been stood next to mighty people, and people walk up to them and go. And then you walk off with the natural assumption. You just made them uncomfortable. You just challenged them. So here's how it's done. You go. The first thing you've got to do is let them off the hook. I found three ways that it could fail ways and he found one solution to avoid one of those ways. [17:54] Passionate about building a relationship When you started doing whatever it was that you were doing in life, it began by you being aggravated about something. And I remember as a poor lad from East London. I never had any money at the age of 18 was the first time in my life that we got delivery food. We had never had a takeaway before the age of 18. Because we couldn't afford it, that's what wealthy people did. And I woke up aggravated going, why is my life got to be like this.   [22:06] How much of what you do can benefit someone who's trying to sell a product? I did a course and it was terrible. So I pulled it down, and I opened up Sims distillery, which is now a community where simply we're constantly answering problems. I do have a little bit of a hesitation about anyone that gets into producing a course. I think more than anything; it's for that bank balance. But I do love it. When people develop communities, to get other people to do things differently. It's an excellent way to get people to think about things differently. [25:08] Fear I think there are people that we act in fear differently. When I get scared of something or intimidated by something, that's when I go at it. I'm not kidding you before that green light comes on, and I'm on the grid, I'm shitting my pants. I am terrified. My entire body is alive. And I think people get scared, and they stop. You know, you're in—time to go to work.  [27:32] What promise did God make to the world when He created you? I was going to get uncomfortable and be comfortable in being with it. I want to go in and get irritated and thrive at that moment. Welcome to the Aww Shift Podcast. In this episode, our guest is Mark Champagne. He is a Mental Fitness Practitioner who is obsessed with questions. He co-founded the journaling app (KYO) powered by prompts, which reached over 86 million people in under two years. Mark is also an author and host of the Behind the Human podcast, Top 50 in the Health category. Having studied people’s minds like Kobe Bryant, Maya Angelou, Naveen Jain, and more, he decided to write a book profiling exceptional thinkers’ questions and mental fitness practices. Today, he will share his insights about Questions and how having them daily can change our lives.   [8:16] Why should we listen to you? I would probably flip it around and start asking you questions by nature. What lights me up are questions and being curious about people’s journeys and whatnot. I spent the last decade studying powerful questions and the mental fitness practices of people. I’ve done everything possible to figure out how to take that information and their story or their knowledge and flip it into questions so we can implement that in our life. That’s probably what I would talk about. But I’d first start asking questions about what lights you up or what makes you smile each day.   [9:36] How did you get into the work that you do? I was in the corporate world doing my thing and was quite happy working in brand management and product management in the healthcare space. But what I was doing in that job was reading, learning, and getting into these mental fitness practices. I started picking up these practices, specifically around reflection and journaling. [11:03]  When I left the corporate world, I was journaling every morning. But I was getting frustrated with the available digital tools, and I decided to leave that job and start the app. It did really in the sense of the number of people we reached at 6.9 million App Store impressions in the first couple of years. I became obsessed with questions when we reached that amount of people. [12:55] I just deleted this app, this business, and my identity for the last three years because it financially failed. It wasn’t until I asked what I wanted for my life that the motivation started to come back because that question led to the next. That’s why I’m passionate about questions. I think we’re all of us. No matter what we’re doing, we’re all one question away from a completely different life. What lights me up is trying to help people, not give them questions because we’re all unique and different, but help people with the mental fitness practices and framework to find that question that they need right now in their lives.   [14:59] How is it that asking questions led to where you are now? I think the reason I like questions is that it offers us the pause that most of us don’t take because we’re on autopilot, and we’re just running our day every day. A good question allows us to pause. [16:55] Cal Fussman would never start a story or start writing a story with a blank mind. He would fire up his computer. If he didn’t have something, to begin with, he would write down the question and say, “What do I want to say?” And he’d go to bed. The first thing he would do when he would wake up is answer that question. It’s just another way to use questions. And to tap into that intuitive sense. We have the answers, and we need to pull it out of the fog that’s surrounding our minds with thoughts and relationships. [19:08] Questions and Negotiations Some of the questions I ask myself are what am I negotiating with myself constantly consistently. If that comes up, then you can use some practices or some mental fitness. One of the examples I use in that one is Mel Robbins’ 5 Second Rule. That’s a great way to get up out of bed. It’s just 54321 and out, just no negotiation. Just get out and start your day. [20:39]  For me, questions provide that pause. And they’re just millions of different options or variations of these prompts. But what I’ve noticed is that it doesn’t matter who you are. We’re all asking questions. And they’re either good ones, or they’re not so good one. My whole thing is finding that question that is well-timed because it needs to be well-timed. And that resonates with someone and provides that pause for you to make a decision. [21:31] Why did you write your book? This is my life, and this is what I’ve been doing. For the last decade now, it showed up in some capacity in an app format that ended up reaching a lot of people. Now, the format has morphed, and I took those learnings from the app, and now it’s in book format. But the principles and the idea behind it is are very similar.   [22:24] The Socratic Method I knew of Socrates. But that’s kind of as far as my knowledge. When I dug into it, I noticed that this whole method of asking questions, clarifying questions, and question after question, has been around for hundreds of years, if not more. So it’s proven to work. But I noticed that it’s always discussed in an academic setting. [23:24] The idea with what I wanted to do with the book was I know the power of questions. We can leverage many different mental fitness practices to deploy these questions into your routines and rituals. But how do we use the backbone of the Socratic method and update that and modernize it? So it’s easy to think about that. And that’s what the book is. It’s broken down into three parts instead of the six big Socratic method questions. [24:11] Part one is all about questions to help seek clarity. The second part dives into living intentionally. So questions to help you focus on and borrow some of the stuff from the book from Ryan Holiday and stoicism. And then the third step is unlocking exponential opportunity. Because now when you can see and you’re doing the things aligned to your work and your life and whatnot, then all of a sudden you start seeing an opportunity, and stuff starts to happen. [26:58] What promise did God make to the world when He created you? To show up daily with a smile. Be happy and try to leave that to other people on the other side, whether listening or in conversation. In today's episode, our guest is Will Rezin, a high-performance coach. He works with influencers, high-performers, coaches, and entrepreneurs to master themselves from the inside out. I'm going to be present with you. [8:36] When we take the time to be here, to be present, something happens. Something happens between you and me, even at this moment. I'd share myself with you in a way that might be different than other people.  [9:44] How you got through trauma. There's a nuance in connection in relationships. And those of us that have lived through hardship, through intensity, difficulty, and trauma. [11:07] I think the connection point between you and I was group homes, foster care facilities. At 12 years old, I, between 12 and 15, lived in and out of different group homes. At 16, I moved to live with my father, who was beginning to transition to living as a woman. And I lived with him through that experience. I've worked with ordinary folks. I've made over 50 in a month, 50,000 and a month, and more. He's been arrested, lived barefoot, traveled; he's lived on $30 a month. [15:00] How trauma created the guy you are now? I was put in these situations where I had to adapt or die. I could assess a room; I could tell you who was a threat and safe in moments. Resilience is innate, and it's a part of us. I had the proper support. That's the key to survival, and it's part of who we are. All of us live through something that would be categorized as traumatic. It's a spectrum from more minor to larger. But we're all resilient; it's innate. It's a product of my resilience. [17:42] Most pivotal support and Somatic experiencing Somatic Experiencing is a psychobiological approach to treating trauma. They make the process of working with the nervous system to resolve the body's responses. [18:14] Some people were there in my life during difficulty, were my tether, so to speak some sense of normalcy, support, and care. And when we have that, we can go on here; we have these three foundational needs as human beings.  [19:20] How did you come out of the muck of going through all that? I went through years of drug abuse, alcohol, psychedelics, and an assortment of other different things that were running away from me. I was avoiding feeling what's under the surface. And I had to find the help necessary to be with all of that. And it was bit by bit by bits, one step at a time. If we think about the mountain, we may not ever start. It's a constellation of many different things, a willingness to face myself, a desire to feel what was inside. [23:16] Where people usually at and where usually leave. Training companies, our practitioners, their coaches, their doctors, or therapists or facilitators, they're working in the transformation industry and or the helping industry and come in hungry to learn about how to support the people they're working with better. And when they leave, they leave a better understanding of the basics of what it means to be human. And then how to help people in the process of awakening to their humaneness. I want to know what people are up to. What makes them tick, their story, and what their dreams are. And I believe that my role is to help people see what’s possible to tap into those dreams. I learned to be patient, be in the moment, and listen. It is sometimes what people need; to feel pain, and many don’t feel that way. [06:39] When you work with people, do you find sometimes they get that soft on the inside going on? Absolutely. As entrepreneurs, we talk a lot about imposter syndrome and that kind of thing. We always defer to the lowest level of our training, and our programming, and our mind. A lot of people managers are stuck in that space. It’s difficult to believe the best things about yourself when we typically focus on those lowest negative thoughts that drive us crazy.  [08:07] What is your go-to starting point where they should make a move? We always talked about getting out of your way. The reason we’re in our own way is that we believe that we are, in some ways, we overestimate the impact we’re supposed to have. And we underestimate the fact that we can have in the world. We had to dive in and figure out where that root is and then unhook it from your ship. You can seek and let go. You can move forward and create the momentum to accelerate [10:32 ] How did you figure it out? A couple of years ago, I realized that everything that I’ve been building towards even working in the music industry. I was helping to kind of tap into my gift. The discovery process allowed me to realize I could do it more powerfully in this way than all the other ways that I’ve been trying before, unveil for me why I wasn’t delighted. I made this choice actually to invest in a coach instead of paying the rent. I don’t believe that I have a solution. He sent me a message back that just changed everything from me. He said God doesn’t make people without answers. [18:10] How does the book unpack and like roll through the flow of somebody finding that? I talk about how it is that we don’t understand what a gift is. A skill is not a gift—it is something that you learn. When you go to school, it’s up to the learner to develop a skill; it is a way of doing something. And so if you have to learn it, or if you can acquire it, then it can’t be given to you. You can do something that only you can do; the only way you can do it is in you from birth. I talked about in the book how Dr. George land did a study where he was studying creativity and children. He realized using tests that 90% of these children are born on a genius level of creativity. A gift is our ability to create an impact in the world in a unique way. Most of us never discover that because we are taught to abandon what society or the world sees as valuable. [24:26] The big thing about writing this book is that I felt more and more compelled to write it because these are things that people don’t hear. And I didn’t realize that people didn’t listen to it, even though I didn’t even know it myself.  [26”52] The thing that this book uncovered, and the writing process of writing, was just that the end is already guaranteed.  Your purpose is in your gift, and it is made to create an impact.  [29:06] Future Analogy I would describe our gift as the type of container associated with the function we’re supposed to have in the world. If we think about all those experiences that go into our lives, right, we’re shaped to hold a particular type of container experiences. We’re also designed to pour those experiences out to share them with other people. And the way that that that comes out with a water hose, a water hose is a container in some ways it transports water from so everything that we have, everything was designed was a certain way. [32:05]  What promise did God make to the world when He created you? I’m going to show you I’m going to be able to tell you, you can discover what that means. In today’s episode, our guest is Anthony O’Neil. He is the national bestselling author of The Graduate Survival Guide: 5 Mistakes You Can’t Afford to Make in College and travels the country spreading his encouraging message to help teens and young adults transition into the real world. He is also a financial expert and a host of a new podcast called The Table. [8:32] Why should we listen to you? I grew up with four parents. I have two biological parents and two step-parents who raised and loved me just as much as my biological parents. I come from a life perspective, not as an expert nor preacher when I talk to you. I’m going to come from a real relevant and relatable perspective.  [11:08] Where did you get the skills you work with?  It took me a long time to figure it out. It was when my truck started traveling around the world. Then I started teaching young people how to go to school without racking up student loan debt. And then my mentor Dave Ramsey recruited me. [12:18] Do you find that sometimes it takes an extra level to be confident and teach someone? I think it’s where I tend to attract and where I tend to go. This generation is looking for authentic, relatable, and relevant content. I just got to force myself into that world into their culture. And once they understand what I’m saying, then that’s it. [13:21] What have been some of the most impactful groups or organizations that you’ve talked to? I had the opportunity to speak for NFL and NBA teams and go in there to help out with their rookies every year. I sit down with these rookies and mentor them. When I sit down with him, I say things that he needs to do.  [16:16]  How do I get people out into financial freedom to have freedom of life? You got to have a why and if your why doesn’t make you cry, then the price of commitment, the cost to accomplish the goals and dreams that you want, will make you cry. It starts with the internal why. When your why makes you cry, then the price of commitment won’t make you cry, and you will push through anything and accomplish everything you desire. [18:44] How does somebody get out of debt? Stop borrowing money. If you want to get out of debt, stop racking up debt, bottom line. I had to be patient and not worry about trying to blend in with the world. Use the Debt Snowball method; when you’re paying off all your debt, on all your debt from smallest to largest, make all your minimum payments. But then when you’re getting your extra income, and if you do a budget, and you cut out some additional expenses, all that extra income, you’re going to put it on the very first one, why are you making your minimum payments on the others. [20:46] When you get done with the first one, take all of that money and put it on the second one. It’s an efficient way to get out of debt. And when you do this debt snowball method, it’s all about momentum. It’s not about math. It’s not about getting creative knows about when you see yourself paying off the first one, get to the second one, get to the third one. You saw your future change, and you keep moving. [21:47] What kind of indirect message passes the question of why they should go and start doing something?  I’m always trying to go back to myself and teach from within myself. When you start avoiding debt, make sure you have an emergency fund. Once you have that emergency fund, take advantage of all the Roth plans out there. Be creative. Go out there and buy your plot of land and just let it sit there put it into the trust for your kids down the road.   [25:27] What should be the amount of money for an emergency fund? If you’re in a stable situation, three months of your average expenses. The bare minimum that I teach is three to six months of your expenses if you’re in a commission-based job. It all depends on your situation. [29:09] What promise did God make to the world when He created you? You can get an authentic, relevant, and relatable conversation. You’re not going to have an expert. You’re going to have a person who is a student first and foremost, who loves God and who’s going to be genuine, and who genuinely wants to see you win. In today’s episode, our guest is Sabri Suby, author of the Sell Like Crazy book. Founder & Head of Growth at King Kong. He is a serial entrepreneur and marketing specialist in the direct response space. Today, he is going to share how to be successful in business, and also be successful in areas of life.  [6:57] Why should we listen to you? I have started my business by pulling up my bootstraps and really hustling. Being out there in the trenches on the front lines, getting my teeth kicked in, day in, day out. And I've really just parlayed all of that work into the position where I currently am with my business right now.  [7:55] What is it that you actually do? I run a company called King Kong, Australia's number one fastest-growing digital marketing agency. We've got clients in 86 different countries, and we've generated over $1.33 billion in sales. And we're all about basically helping businesses solve the number one problem, how do I get more customers? We do that by helping them grow their traffic leads and sales.  [8:50] How did you figure it out? It all started when I got my first gig in sales. At 16 years old, I was selling ink cartridges over the telephone. It was my first kind of full-time job. We were all packed into this old shipping container that was converted into an office. It's just being on the front lines actually doing that customer conversion from a stranger into a client. I started other businesses. I ran a few of those into the ground and sold some of them. And that has all led me to the position that I am in right now in King Kong. [12:17] What's the most difficult, frustrating part for you to just get people the key to their success? We can make the marketing work, but you need to make the leads work. It's when you tell people what is required. It takes a different level of hunger to actually do what is required. It’s their willingness to do all the things that unsuccessful people simply aren't willing to do. [13:53] I blame myself probably because my systems aren't good enough to educate them on the importance of these things. But we have set up those systems in our business, and we provide them with training and everything.  It’s giving them the scripts of what to say to these leads and telling them how many times to execute it or their sales team would need to follow up on those leads in order to really make things work. [15:20] Do you think that some people aren't cut out to be in business? It's a product of your environment. I don't think that entrepreneurs are born or anything. I think that human beings are typically made up of their environment. It’s the hunger to make something happen in your environment. And as a coach, we're not in that position to put people through those things, to make them have that hunger.  [16:21] Why did you trust yourself to go over and be successful? It is when I did the most random jobs in London and still, I ended up finding myself back in sales. I want to be in charge of my own destiny. And the way that I'm going to be able to achieve that is to be compensated by the value that I bring to an organization. If you're hungry and you're focused enough you can make everything happen.  [19:40] What do you do when something hits your desk? What's your next step to navigating that situation that most people would never even think of? By applying mental models to solve problems. I don't try to solve those problems from scratch every time I apply mental models, it's critical thinking. Also applying inversion thinking on the problems. Looking at every single problem that comes into your business with my own framework.   [22:52] How do you get to the point where you train people to pass the headaches that you wish you could jump in and do? You have to understand that in order to scale an organization, you have to become a leader. And you have to look at ways that you can build systems and procedures that try to eliminate as many of that mistakes as physically as possible.   [25:03] Is there a certain level that people should anticipate in order to expand or grow? I look at it as constantly trying to make myself redundant in my business. I've got this exercise called the King’s audit. And that's basically where you audit your time, and you have a look at where it is going. And my goal as the business owner is constantly to make sure that I am working on the highest value of a task that you possibly can. You should be spending 80% of your time on revenue-generating activities and the growth of your business. [27:31] Where do you get them to grasp that revenues are a major piece of the business? In order to make an impact, and to provide transformation to people in this environment, cash is the oxygen that keeps the base alive. If you want to have more impact, you need to have more oxygen in your lungs to be able to create a vehicle that's going to help impact more people. Not only does that need to be a transfer of value, but there needs to be a transfer of currency in order to keep people accountable and get them to go out and execute what it is that you're asking them to execute. [29:50] What promise did God make to the world when He created you? The potential of what it is that I would be able to add to the world. I'm not in this for the money anymore, and I'm in it for the impact. That's the reason that I give away books, and I do all of these other things, to impact as many people as I possibly can. And I believe that business is a huge vehicle for making a change in the world in two different ways. One, if you're in a business, and you're able to generate resources in revenue, that gives you the tools that you need to have more impact and to help people and to give back to the community. It also allows you to show the people in your life the change that you can have.
