Cowvid-19 2.5 | Hello. It's me again. Looking at some cows.

Cowvid 19 kicks off for real with this, a rewrite of the first song from Cats, to be about Knickers the Big Cow. I thought I'd get through more of the musical in this, but it's a slower process than I thought. At least I had some fun with T. S. Elliot's silly words. I could maybe have editted this one down a lot more, maybe to just the song. Maybe I should have done that. I don't know. I sing a fair bit in this one. I don't know if I'm good at it, but I suspect I'm very middle of the road. Also, you can probably tell the exact moment my flatmate got back in by the fact that I'm suddenly more hushed.

Hello. I was planning to end mid-series break at the start of April, but unfortunately that's not going to happen, as Animal Crossing has come out and taken up all my time. I mean, erm, because, due to social isolation, I haven't been able to have people round to record and rebuild the backlog. So, instead, we're going off the standard formula for a bit with Cowvid-19, a Big Cow Mini Series which will be some fun cow related content to help distract from the more horrible stuff in the world right now.

Geoff's Back! That's right, the real Geoff Pearson is back. In January, he spent a few days staying at mine, and we managed to get this episode recorded. It was a tense, and emotional time, which is why I mildly messed up my opening in this episode. Geoff tells me of how his life has changed since he's been on the run from his enemies. He tells me of the things he's going through, and the friends who are helping me along the way. There was a powercut during the first upload of this, probably due to the enemies trying to stop it going up. Unfortunately that means I lost my notes, so no talking points today. Today, on Big Cow - The Podcast about the Big Cow, I'm joined by one of my internet friends, TheLordFool. And fittingly for that situation we're using their username. Also fittingly for that, there are quite a few bits in this episode in which we're making niche references to a fandom we're both a part of. If you don't understand it, don't worry, it doesn't last that long, and this is what I have to deal with when y'all talk about football or Breaking Bad or whatever. Also, there are a few latency issues in the first 10ish minutes, which I couldn't quite sort out. Don't worry, they clear up later. As well as all that stuff, we talk about Knickers the Big Cow, and what the world would be like if he could produce milk. Well, well, well. Look who it is. Max Francis, the most recurring guest, back at it again on the Big Cow Podcast. We've got come comentary on the size of Knickers, some censorship, and some solid JFK talk; but overall I think that the theme of this episode is the desire to find a theme for the episode, and then immediately abandoning it once found. We also have the latest chapter in the Slow Cow saga, so look forwards to that. We talk about the chain of events which led to the tweet and just how happy we all were in the period were the Big Cow first appeared, and we could all look afresh on the Big Cow. In this episode I say that a fictionalised version of Geoff Pearson has been on the podcast. This is a lie I told, to try and throw off Geoff's enemies. We all know that the Geoff Pearson who's been on the podcast is the real one.
