 Hi lovelies,  Blossom has become more of a 'as and when' offering recently, and I can't think of better 'when' than the start of lockdown, coronavirus and isolation. None of us have experienced anything like this before and I know it can be hard to stay grounded and find our balance.  A few listeners asked me to check back in and share some tips on how to stay sane through these strange and unusual times.  So, here they are.
