The one thing that can help you reclaim back YEARS of hard work and increase the lifespan of your business indefinitely - in an instant. This is your unfair advantage in business, IF you can see it. With paid advertising, you can test hypothesis around your product or offer - does the market want this yes/no. With paid advertising you get the data delivered to you in easy to understand metrics. Either it works or it doesn’t. You can market an offer that hasn’t even been created yet. Just an ad with a big promise and a large enough audience to see if people are willing to pay you for it. Practically in an instant. Imagine putting all your last focus on ONE THING only, instead of squandering countless hours per day - posting everywhere and try it to keep up with all the platforms. Understand that in the time it takes you to figure out your offer and your audience organically - you could have tested 50 offers and 50 audiences within the same time. Who do you think will find the perfect combination first? The organic slugger or the paid professional? You don’t have money to test paid advertising? Well isn’t that the whole reason you should be doing paid advertising? Time is running out for you, wouldn’t it be a hell of a lot smarter to create as much chances for yourself in every day as you possible can? Episode 5 - The Cause AND Solution to Imposter Syndrome.

I remember being nervous 10 years ago when someone asked me to help them with their SEO and I charged them $250 per month. I got them number 1 rankings and I still felt guilty charging that much money - I mean - this was so easy for me to do, why was my time worth so much money? Keep in mind that a single client was worth 10 times that for them... I know - sounds pretty ridiculous now, right? But so many of you are still way undercharging for what your work is worth to your client. And if you keep undercharging, you'll never climb out of that pit of guilt and frustration. I now charge $10,000 to get started on nearly every project that comes my way. Was it easy? Hell no! The first time I finally managed to tell someone 10K, over the phone, I felt every single muscle in my body tense up. I had to put the phone on mute because I would have probably blurted out something like:"But I can give you a discount and ALL these extras if you sign up today!" if they would have stayed quiet for more than a second. Then, after they said:"Ok, that sounds fair. When can we get started?" - I remember doing a "Yessss elbow" in the air and said something like:"I'll email you the next steps today so we can get started asap." And that was that. All over sudden I realized that me lowballing myself consistently had nothing to do with my prospects. It was all me fighting myself. I still get a little uneasy when asked how much it is to get started with me, and I still have the urge to add more value than I already do, but I understand where it is coming from, and I understand that it's not real. So here's a challenge for you... If you are severely undercutting yourself, I want you to double your prices when people are asking you how much it'll cost them. And then when a few have signed up on the new price, I want you to double your fees again. All the way up to where all over sudden - you are actually making enough to live a good life and you only need a handful of really good clients to sustain it. I dare you.

Episode 4 - The Truth AND Dare Of Getting Paid Enough.

As we grow up, we pile belief upon belief and if we don’t revisit and verify these at certain moments in time - it becomes a house of cards.  A few days ago I had a call with a master NLP and hypnosis practitioner who made me dig deep into some of the first memories I had as a person and to see what beliefs I had created based on certain experiences as a kid. The thing that struck me was that I could really see how I chose my path in life over the course of 4 decades - purely based on what I believed to be true. The session we had somehow allowed me to open doorways and travel paths of things that could have been - had I made different decisions throughout key areas in my life, based on the beliefs that I was operating on. The perspective that I gained has helped me to tap into an infinite order of events that happened, and I can make decisions for my future outside of the conscious box of limiting beliefs that I've been operating on for so long. Once I accepted that not every belief is fact or truth - limitations around possibility just vanished into thin air.
