Derek has been a resident of Over the Rhine for about 9 years, and he's a long-time public transit advocate as a board member of statewide transit advocacy 501(c)(3) All Aboard Ohio. He's an executive committee member of the Cincinnati NAACP and the author of the national NAACP Policy proclaiming public transit a civil right.
