I cannot believe I (finally) made it to 100 episodes! And on top of that? My 100th episode publishes on my BIRTHDAY! So, let’s double celebrate!  As I reflect on the top five lessons I’ve learned through producing 100 podcast episodes, I also want to issue you five challenges. Then, I want to share some reflections and real talk about my past less than festive year because you know I’m transparent and someone needs to hear my story.
