QB Contracts, New Uniforms, Chris Godwin and more.  The offseason is still pretty quite for our favorite football team, but with the new league year on the horizon, and new uniforms being teased...this may just be the calm before the storm.  BUC ON!

The offseason rumor mill is churning and has many Bucs fans at odds with the QB position.  Is Phillip Rivers or Tom Brady worth consideration?  Fans seem to be decidedly split.  Also, episode 50 -- celebrating another 50 milestone in my life by sharing a personal journey of mine.

Former Buccaneers head coach Sam Wyche passes away at 74 -- he was instrumental in assembling the puzzle pieces that would become one of the most dominant defenses in the history of the NFL.  2020 Hall of Fame finalists have been selected -- one Buccaneer on the list, and one snubbed yet again!

Conclusion of the regular season for the Buccaneers.  Lots of questions heading into the offseason -- the biggest being QB.  Keep it tuned here during the offseason for draft information, and other offseason activities.

The fat lady has sung

The Buccaneers are on a bit of a win streak winning 5 of the last 6, and 4 in a row to get back to 7-7 on the season.  With two games left, can the Buccaneers get to a winning record -- on to Houston.  Three Buccaneers will decorate the Pro Bowl in 2020, Winston evaluation, and some insight into 2020 NFL draft.  Go Bucs!

The nicest team in the NFL, according to BA, manages to execute multiple double digit comebacks.  This is momentum to carry into the next season although we were eliminated from playoff contention.  Still an opportunity on the table to wind up with a winning record.  Go Bucs!

All's well that ends well

The franchise tag term is getting tossed around like crazy even though this season hasn't even concluded.  Why that does not appear to be in the cards for Jameis Winston, or Bruce Arians.  More "playoff" talk, Colts, and more....we'll see what happens!

Don't need no stinkin' tags

The Buccaneers pull off a victory in Jacksonville, but inconsistent play tarnishes what should be more a more meaningful win.  Playoffs....PLAYOFFS?  Mathematically it could happen, but the probability is still very low.  The Buccaneers (and their fan-base) should be more focused on controlling their own destiny, instead of what is going to happen to other teams.

A thing about inconsistency

The Buccaneer season is drawing to a close with 5 games left.  Do the Bucs have what it takes to bring home 3 of the next 5?  That would be like Christmas for this fanbase, but also give us momentum to carry into the next season.  Jameis Winston contract talk, and holding on to that winning vibe.

The Buccaneers avoided falling to the trap that was the Atlanta Falcon's game.  Solid performances by the defense, secondary, and offense culminates in a victory.  There is also a very peculiar post-season picture emerging in the NFC south -- mathematically the Buc's are still in the hunt.

The Buccaneers go on the road to Atlanta.  Both teams sit at 3-7, but Atlanta's defense has found new life denying both the Saints and Panthers even a touchdown in their last two games.  Do the Bucs have what it takes to overcome their gift giving tendencies to be victorious in Dirk Koetter's first homecoming?  Let's dive in!
