And when it comes to authenticity: - What does it mean to be authentically you? - How are you honoring your core values everyday? - How do you exemplify what you believe everyday with your actions, whether great or small? As a health coach, I am an avid believer in the reflective process. When we take the time to think about and question our thoughts, beliefs, and actions, it can give us clarity about how we would like to move forward into the future, and in turn make meaningful progress.
