Motivation, Business Tips and Hustling Through the Grind

We are diving into both my yoga story and Amanda Kingsmith from Mastering the Business of Yoga Podcast's yoga story. Meghan talks about having suffered from anxiety, depression, thoughts of suicide, as well as learning to cope with asthma. She shares why she initially got started and how being involved in yoga has literally saved her life. Amanda chats about being involved in dance, how being in university halted her self-care and exercise routine, and how she ended up going to a studio with her mom to rediscover herself.
