The Collegiate Debate Podcast is a weekly show where two college students with opposing views on a given topic argue in favor of their positions. The layout of the show itself fairly simple, each episode has a proposition which is up for debate (eg “The US should reduce Immigration.” or “The decline of Christian morality in the west has been a force for good.”) with one side arguing for and the another against it. The debates themselves follow an abridged oxford format wherein each side presents a brief opening statement, followed by free flowing debate and then concluded by closing statements.The hope is to produce content similar to Steven Crowder's "Change my Mind" series, however in a more even format where both points of views are presented more fairly. If you'd like to be a guest feel free to email me at collegiatedebatepodcast@gmail.comFollow my twitter, youtube, and instagram if you want.
