You know that story. The one about the person who overcame all odds. Who overcame significant obstacles, whether it was financial, physical, mental, inter-personally; and they found success. They usually dedicate a chapter, or a block--a paragraph of text--to the obstacle. When it was in fact, something this person had been fighting for months, years, decades... And we say WOW, that's amazing. But I don't think we truly appreciate how difficult it is to face that every day and choose: to sidestep it, to step over it, to jump over it and to say NO. So this podcast, I'm going to explore what happens when we do that and also helping other people to step over that hurdle. So if you have a story, if you're facing significant struggles, obstacles: I want to meet you. I want to talk to you. And I want to know what you're doing to move forward. For me, that's entrepreneurship. I run a design studio Newcolor Interface Design that focuses on creating experiences for augmented reality, like Instagram Filters, and voice control systems, like Alexa Skills and Google Home. That's my juice. That's my vehicle. I want to know what you're doing, or if I can help you find a way to find you YOUR VEHICLE to get over your obstacle and find success and WRITE YOUR OWN COMEBACK STORY. I want to know where you're at today. Because we don't have time to wait and see if someone's going to write a book about you and say, "Oh, this person got over this adversity and it was amazing after that." I want to know where you're at today and the choices you're making today and the struggles you're facing and WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO and how we can find a way together to move forward and write that comeback story.
