Cherish The Gift of Life

Life is so precious and time is so important, that we can't afford to lose focus on the here and now. Often times, we lose track of the present moment because we are always looking into the future. We may be thinking about that trip, concert or a certain career goal we plan on reaching.The question today is very introspective and necessary; in determining if the success we truly seek to accomplish by reaching these goals is true to our authentic self.Take to time ask your self:Is this goal taking too much away from me being in the present moment?Is this goal an experience waiting to be fulfilled or is it something being done to give a sense of fulfillment?In this chilly month of January, it is important to not just stay bundled up all alone, we need to reconnect with each other.
