With the 2019/2020 Premier League season coming to an end, we choose our team of the season: Some common players, some absolute shockers and of course ZERO players from Sp*rs. Champions Liverpool had a solid season, with many outstanding individual performances across their team. Kevin De Bruyne was arguably the best player in the league but don’t tell the FWA that. Vardy and Aubameyang appear in all our teams as the 2 were the deadliest strikers in the league. And a one Wilfred Zaha appears in one of our panellist’s team of the season as well which clearly shows that there are no metrics or guidelines for choosing a team of the season.

After a long 4 months, we are finally back! Just like football! A longer episode this time since we have a lot to cover: newly crowned champions across Europe, season review of the EPL, Liverpool champions and their insufferable fanbase, Messi hinting he might leave (but where??), Man City getting away with a reduced fine and are back in the Champions League, Gareth Bale's future, injuries piling up due to compressed schedule, Arsenal's FA Cup win and of course Spurs' history of winning nothing (except of course the all prestigious Audi Cup).

(Even though football will not be for some time...) This episode, we talk about the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the world, especially the world of Sports. What will happen to most major leagues and the upcoming EUROs? What will happen to the Olympics as well? What has happened to Jose at Tottenham? This third-year meltdown has happened in three months and we’re loving every minute of it. Manchester City in serious trouble with UEFA this time, meaning Sheffield United could potentially play Champions League football next season (if there even will be one…) Liverpool gets knocked out of the FA Cup and UCL in a matter of 1 week but are still on track for the EPL title... Or are they, especially if there are calls to void the entire season! We are back after a winter break of our own! We talk about all that happened in the transfer market and how Inter Milan is pooling together all the EPL outcasts and actually topping Serie A. Arsenal, MU and Spurs have brought in players as well. Chelsea bought lawyers to get their transfer ban reduced (successfully) only to sign a grand total of ZERO players. We also talk about Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp's decision to not play the 1st team for the FA Cup replay because of the winter break. Liverpool look very likely to win the league, the only question is by how much. Across the waters and away from England: Barcelona and Real Madrid both got knocked out of the Copa del Rey hours within of each other. And a very important question: Will Messi leave Barcelona?Hope everyone also takes care of themselves from the global coronavirus outbreak and keep a lookout for one another!   Also, we bought a newer, shinier, better mic!
