This is another atypical episode - we are forgoing our regular segments and welcoming new guests to the show as we celebrate a milestone birthday for another one of my dear friends, Tad Schmitz…. You may recall, Tad AKA Schmitty was on episode 17, where we roasted Mark Howard. We’ve been friends for nearly 30 years and while life has gotten busier and we don’t talk or see each other nearly as often as we’d like, one thing remains the same… when we are together, it’s like nothing has ever changed. We pick up where we left off… often times we still act like we are in our 20’s, and we are always laughing…at ourselves, our circumstances, and most of all our crazy memories.

Limoncello 1 oz. UV Whipped Vodka 1/2 oz. Lemonade 1/2 oz. Cream Frosting & Sprinkles (for rim) Preparation: Prepare sprinkle rim by dipping rim of martini glass in some frosting. Dip the frosted rim in pastel sprinkles.   Add all the ingredients to an ice-filled shaker and shake well to combine. Strain into the prepared glass. Modified from this recipe. The Bubbly Bunny 3 shots prosecco 1 shot Kinky Liqueur Modified from this recipe. Creamsicle Mimosa YIELDS: 4 Orange slices, for garnish 1/4 c. sugar, for rimming champagne flutes 1 c. orange juice 1 tbsp. heavy cream 1 bottle champagne, prosecco, or cava Directions Rim champagne flutes with an orange slice and dip in sugar. Set aside. In a tall glass, stir together orange juice and heavy cream until combined. Pour into champagne flutes and top off with champagne.  Garnish with orange wedge. Modified from this recipe.
