Maybe you can remember when you were a child and you accidentally broke something by mistake and someone become angry or showed their emotions in a way. Or maybe you felt very sad when some of your things you liked get broke. I think this is very common and especially between child and adults. It’s so easy to show the emotions too much for our children when they by mistake break something. And the result of that is a crying child in a locked room or a corner. That scenario isn’t healthy, so if you’re there I think it’s time to start think a little bit different.  All children break something by mistake now and then and that’s a part of our life. So, don’t get upset when your children break something. Take it easy and you’ll have better relation to your children. What to do when your things breaks

For me it’s very important to love my home. If I don’t it doesn’t feel good and then I immediately want to change something. I move a furniture. Add some flowers, paint a wall or something like that. It’s the small changes which makes the difference.  I have been working very hard to set up my membership about simplicity, feng shui and holistic mindset. How to create the best feng shui for your bedroom

As I always say, you should LOVE everything you own and have around you in your home. If you do, you will bring love into your life and feel so much better. Think about if you have something in the room you are in right now if there is something you do not love. You may find many things you do not like. Well, get rid of them, because they will not give you any joy at all. If you take look at your things you have around you right now where you are for the moment. If you’re not at home you have to do this when you´re coming home of course. You probably see many things around you. I would like you to chose 8 items that you really love in the room where you are for now. Take each items in your hand and as yourself why you love it and what that special things do for you. Maybe it helps you to be focused or to concentrated or just make you happy. Whatever it is you like it’s so good to be aware of that. These things can affect your life

I would like to know how it goes for you. Have you started your simplicity journey, are you on track or have you not started? Anyway, no matter what, this episode is a check up for you, so that you can see how to continue this year in simplicity. It’s not easy at all to get started, so if you´re just in the thinking fase, don’t worry. It’s a day tomorrow too. Now we’re almost in the middle of 2021 and it’s time to check the status for our goal settings. If you interested in how I set up my goals for a new year go and listen to episode no 24 and you’ll get new ideas on how to do that.  If you already have set your goals for this year, take a look and see if you have accomplished them or if you have to readjust something to achieve what you want this year. Don’t worry, you have plenty of time to readjust. We’re just half-ways in 2021 so far and much can happens yet.  For your help I have some questions for you to work on. Check your Simplicity status

Why is it so difficult to trust on ourselves and listen to our intuition. Everything happens for a reason and I’m glad you’re here.   If we talk about life from the beginning and newborns. I think they are not afraid at all. Maybe just the sight of the bright light and that's why they're screaming. So why are we afraid as adults? I think there are many reasons for that, but I think we often listen to others too much and too little for ourselves. You know, when a brilliant idea pops into your head and you feel so happy when you think about it. You really think it's a good idea and that it's something you really want to do. But suddenly you start thinking about what others would say and then comes your fear of it, right?   We tend to listen to others more than ourselves and in my opinion that is not positive for us. It's great to have inputs from others, but they do not know about your thoughts and your good feelings you had when you got the brilliant idea. Maybe your friends think it's not a good idea at all, and then you listen and forget about it. If this is you, you need to stand up for yourself a little more. Trust your intuition and your gut feelings. They always say the best for you. Nothing else.   After I have been studied feng shui a long time and also helped other women with feng shui I have found the nice and harmonious life that I like. I know what I like and want in my life and I always follow my heart. I mean EVERY TIME. Back then when I didn’t follow my inner voice I felt so badly afterwards. In my opinion one of the most important thing in life is to listen to yourself.  I just follow what I feel in my life and that’s works well for me and I suggest you too to try. Fear could hold you back

So, what is feng shui? The old visdom from east about The art of placement. It’s very interesting to know that people in China, Hong kong and so on are using feng shui when they build their houses. They place them in the right direction and also to protect themselfs from danger. We use the element from the nature, the compass, yin & yang and some more great tools. I can for example tell you your best direction when you’re sitting at your work desk, so that the energy works for you and not against you. Sometimes it could help to just move the table a little bit and you will feel a difference and also could get more success in your work.   It’s also works very well together with the law of attraction. Your thoughts are very important. If you want something and you always think about what you don´t have you’re working against the law of attraction. It’s always better to think positive and remove the negative words as I don’t or I can’t and instead think about how you say things positively. That has helped me a lot in my life. Always when I smile and feel happy people smiles back at me. Also your posture is very important. If you think about your posture and straighten up your back I know many things will change. You can’t be happy if you sink with your back and head. Design your personal home and find your inner joy and happiness

What happens when you have decluttered your home? That's what I'm talking about in this episode. It could be a little bit hard to get started, because of different kind of things like your mindset. It’s very easy to think: Well I do that tomorrow. When tomorrow comes, well, I will start on Monday. Can you recognize yourself? I can, in many situations, but for my home I have done a big downsizing of my things. I think I have get rid of 70 % of my stuff. I haven’t count, but at least I think so, and it feel so good. Ones yo have started it will be easier and easier to start each time, because you will remember the good feeling afterwards and that might help you.
