Through the Decade Part 2!

What were we doing in this decade? Trying to navigate life. It’s weird being a child and seeing adults and how they have it figured out. We are adults and it has come to our attention that adults DO NOT HAVE IT FIGURED OUT. But that’s ok. Our 3 part Through the Decade is a change of pace from our previous episode. Today we look back and discuss our highlights from 2010-2015.

It’s crazy to me that in today’s world Anxiety is STILL a hushed topic. It’s covered with medications and silence. Anxiety is a natural feeling, and a feeling that needs more understanding and acceptance. Nothing is worse than feeling alone. So grab your battle buddy, best friend, or support group and get that shit out!
