Can coaching make you faster? I don’t think I’m alone in wanting to be faster on my bike. So in this episode, I took a coaching session with Laurie Greenland’s coach, Olly Morris. Chris Akrigg can ride a mountain bike, or in fact any bike, like no one else on the planet. Chris started his career as a mountain bike trials rider and was quickly taken under the wing of Martyn Ashton and Martin Hawes. After a number of high level successes, Chris moved away from competitive trails to focus on creating incredible riding videos.
