Dr Terence Anthony Joseph McIvor (born 2 September 1970) is a Northern Irish neuropsychology and counselling coach, academic, author, and trainer. He is known for combining neuroscience, psychology, and coaching in his practice, and for co‑creating the Synaptic Fit Fusion Pros programme with fitness coach Zita Bertha. McIvor serves as Senior Fellow and Chair of Psychology at Manipur International University, where he supervises research in neuroplasticity and quantum–biochemical consciousness. He is a Fellow of the Association for Coaching (AC) and a Master Coach & Coach Supervisor accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC UK).
