Because I am I think the future can have many wonderful advancements if we use our technology wisely. So these are just some of my random thoughts related to the subject of Futuristic (Already Here) Technologies. This episode starts off with an update about the rebranding and turning this podcast into Riffs Raves and Reflections From the Road. The life scenes are going to be a segment theme. The first part of this episode we will be writing down the sensory cues associated with finding a wonderful new home and then begin the meditation. Podcast Update Riffs Raves and Reflection From The Road Wonderful New Home Life Scenes Meditation

So this session was a little bit different instead of a Guided Imagery/Visualization Life Scenes. I did hypnosis which is very similar in that it is giving positive suggestions while in a very relaxed state to your subconscious mind. This one was on the ability to be present and to trust the flow of life. Being present is something that we must practice and when we do we lessen the resistance that is created by relentless mind chatter and find that life has a way of organizing and self-correcting and solutions begin to appear naturally. We that being present gives us access to intelligence beyond our egos and allows us to reach into higher states of consciousness. This is a quick hypnosis session to help you habituate being mindful and fully present in each of your moments.
