Choosing Joy

Hey Evolutionary! In this episode we are challenging the perspective of the popular hashtag #NewYearNewMe! What I’d like us to do is stay focused on the process instead of the outcome. Many of us are obsessed with the boundaries we set on ourselves and setting each goal into a time frame, however when it doesn’t happen within that time frame we’re forced into shame and self doubt. The truth is you can accomplish anything you want, but can you sustain those accomplishments without carefully studying the lessons? Growth takes work , there’s no perfect road. It’s whether or not we are willing to do the work to ensure that our road meets the ultimate destination!

Hey Evolutionary! This episode is a very transparent episode for me. What I am doing is sharing what it’s like to be in the mist of your storms and the feelings that may come forth. Ultimately I want us to be able to share our tough experiences so that when we evolve , we are able to understand where we’ve come from. The journey towards bettering yourself is NOT always easy and it’s important that we share that even in the mist of the process. Hey Evolutionary! In this weeks episode we go over tips on how to remain mentally healthy when continuing a relationship with someone who may suffer or has suffered from depression. Maybe even if you have suffered yourself and need to know the best way to handle yourself when someone you loves share the same struggle. Either way these tips are for you!
