052 | Initiations Through the Divine Masculine, the Darkness and Your Own Humanity

On today’s episode, I have a conversation with Emily Kelly, who is the creator of Empty Out. Empty Out is an intuitive movement practice that allows us to utilize the body in processing emotions and connecting to intuition. It can feel scary to slow down and sit with ourselves and our bodies. We have been sold a lie that we need fancy, lavish experiences that are rooted spiritual materialism in order to awaken and heal. Connecting to yourself doesn’t need to be complicated or expensive. Pedestal culture in the spiritual community is crumbling. We are beginning to embody new templates that put our trust in our own intuition first.  We can become addicted to peak spiritual experiences and desire to constantly seek a spiritual high. Sometimes the most Divine moments can be the most simple daily moments that seem boring on paper. January is an energetic bridge month between the ending of 2020 and all of the shifts coming in 2021. December is beginning with an intense energy influx that will continue through the first few months of 2021. In this episode, I share the energetic themes moving through the Collective, as well as how to work with the energy in your own field and physical body. 049 | December 2020 Energy Portal

In September 2019, I found myself at a bothersome crossroads. The first road led to a fate where I keep pushing, forcing and hustling in my business in an unembodied way (what I had been doing, but didn’t want to admit to myself). The second road took me down a very short culdesac where I metaphorically threw my spiritual business that I took a year and a half to build straight into the void. I ended up choosing the second path and closed the doors to my business, shut down my website and came off social media. Since I was no longer able to manifest money through my soul’s purpose, I did what most millennials who have no f*cking clue what they’re doing with their lives do. I got a job at a coffee shop. Over the past year, I’ve gone through massive initiations and a deep return to mySelf through the gentle magic of everyday human life. I would even boldly state that this last year has been more transformative than the time periods before or during the creation, establishment and operation of my online business. As of a month ago, I am working in my business again and feel more aligned, sovereign, nourished and expansive than I did before. 040 | Authenticity for the Modern Spiritual Woman

Marla Goldberg is an Energy Healer, Intuitive, Speaker, Teacher, Life Coach, Podcast Host and Best Selling Author. 039 | Finding a Shorter Path to Loving Yourself with Marla Goldberg

Diane Hayes is a Holistic Empowerment Coach who helps women dive deeper into the “why” of the conditioned patterns they’ve been living. She helps women tap into feeling fully loved, accepted, supported, aligned and worthy of embracing who they truly are instead of forcing themselves into a mold they were taught to fit into. By addressing the “why” through consistent holistic self-care, she believes we are able to work towards creating the ideal vision we have of our dream selves and dream lives that feels utterly unattainable, but in reality, is our birthright because we are powerful badasses.    Here’s what we jammed on: Diane’s experience growing up as a woman in a conservative religious background and how it led to her experience body shame. Diane got married very young and ended up leaving an unhealthy marriage, which led her to begin her self-care journey towards loving herself. Why it’s important for you to put yourself in environments with positive and supportive people as you travel your self-love journey. Shifting from the stories we tell ourselves while we are in the victim mindset into a creator mindset to embrace growth and expansion. How to find the courage to leave the mainstream path and follow your outside-of-the-box desires and dreams. We don’t have control over the beliefs we were raised upon, but we have the choice to rewrite them and carve out a new path for ourselves. There are different degrees of self-care. Sometimes it’s easy and nourishing, like taking a bath, and sometimes it requires us to do the deeper work and face the things we don’t want to. Why rock bottom is a solid foundation to build upon, despite how painful it feels.
