In this first episode of the Etz Ha-Chaim series, I analyze the character of Joseph (Yosef) and how he handles a life of trauma. The episode concludes with the lesson we can learn from Joseph’s life and how we can apply it to our own problems. As this is my first podcast, please bear with me if there are any mistakes.
