Prior to becoming a full-time pastor at St. Peter African Methodist Episcopal Church, she simultaneously pastored at Wesley Chapel A.M.E. Church, in Marvell, Arkansas, worked full-time in the Mayor’s office in Pine Bluff, Arkansas and was a full-time modular student at Oral Roberts University. Rev. Frazier graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science degree in Church Ministries at Oral Roberts University in April 2016. She graduated on May 4, 2019 with her Master of Divinity degree. In Fall 2019, Rev. Frazier started her Doctor of Ministry degree at Oral Roberts University and has started her dissertation process. Rev. Frazier loves helping and encouraging people; and for a few years she assisted with the spiritual services at Southeast Community Correction Center for Women on every Sunday at 7 a.m.; and 2nd and 4th Sunday at 9:30 a.m. and had the opportunity to preach to the women. She was the Director of Communications, Spiritual Aftercare Mentor, Regional Coordinator and the Facilitator for the Women of Excellence workshops for Freedom for Life Ministries; which was designed to assist, not only those currently incarcerated, but also those who have been released and have begun a new life and needed to become more successful in their endeavor to enrich their life. She was voted in as the East Arkansas Women in Ministry Coordinator in 2018 and 2019; and still serves as the East Arkansas Coordinator. In September 2019 the Bishop appointed Rev. Frazier to the East Arkansas Board of Examiners. As a member of the board, she is an instructor for those who have accepted their call into ministry. Also, Rev. Frazier was appointed as the Christian Education Director and Dean for the Crossett District by her Presiding Elder. Additionally, Rev. Frazier is a Spiritual and Empowerment Speaker and Coach. She is the author of two books “Standing Victoriously Over Your Storm" and "Love Conquers the Land of Chaos." Her book “Love Conquers the Land of Chaos” was showcased at the International Book Fair in Frankfurt, Germany on October 13, 2018. Her other books she has in the works are, “Linked Up to God or Locked Down to the Devil,” “Mental Abuse the Devil’s Playground,” and "Crazy Faith." She is the CEO of La Renee Ministries, Inc. His mom held him back twice because she wanted to make sure he was ready to go to the next level. She saw his determination and that time him and his young sister were in the same grade. In his first year of high school, he was bullied by some, but he still did not let that stop him from moving forward in life. He was never an honour roll student, but he always made 2.50 GPA or above. Templeton was determined to allow his leadership skills to grow with him and empower others. In 2014 Templeton became head boy of his school, one of the biggest roles in student leadership. There were teachers who were upset and who talked down to him for being selected. Templeton did not allow that to distract him to focus from being a leader of excellence. In 2016, he received the Public School Scholars Programme Award to attend Holland College in Prince Edward Island. This is a moment where he paused and felt grateful. Templeton took a bold step in believing in himself and applying for this award. Templeton was exposed to so many opportunities that allowed him to experience a global level of experience. In 2018 Templeton graduated and wanted to take a bold step and move to Halifax, Nova Scotia, to attend Mount Saint Vincent University. He is studying his bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and minoring in Nonprofit Leadership. His journey now in Halifax continues to amaze him. From being a Resident Assistant to being the Acting President and Vice President Communications of the university student association, while sitting on three organizations board of directors, and writing blogs to be featured in organizations marketing as well as being able to have a Job as an Employment Practitioner. All of these things happened because a little island boy had a vision to believe in himself. Today those bullies and teachers are looking up to him as a role model and makes me happy to serve them as well.

On this episode of Find Your Sparkle with Jen, I got to chat with my friend Sabin Karma, who I met through the InsideOut Institute. Sabin shares some of his journey and the struggles he endured being a quadruplet and how has and is rising above and transforming from the Inside Out! Sabin aspires to reach 1,000,000,000 people!  I LOVE that he is thinking BIG!  Remember the RIPPLE effect is HUGE!  Help spread Sabin's message and shrae !  I know he is going places and thinking big and being optimistic   Sabin Karma, is one of four identical quadruplet boys, a one in 600 million chance of birth! Because of the massive celebrity like attention him and his brothers got solely for being quadruplets, he struggled to feel worthy of love as an individual. He always wanted to be unique and standout from his brothers, and did this by pursuing external goals and things to appear perfect in the eyes of everyone else, which led to a deep and silent inner suffering while everyone thought he had it all figured out. Only in recent years has he emerged out of this and it has formed the foundation for his purpose: which is to empower 1,000,000,000 lives to re–discover their truest self by challenging them to go deep inside to that part of them that truly makes them authentic and unique and then radiate that out and pay it forward so that every single human being on this Earth is seen, heard, valued, and loved for who they truly are at the depth of their soul, creating a world free of comparison, judgement, division, and unworthiness and instead filled with compassion and pure unconditional love for ourselves, each other, and our Creator.
