Christine Adams has experience as an active duty member, reserve member, military spouse, mom, and on and on. Only months after her military retirement she is now using her past military experience, as well as passion for personal development, not only to successfully lead a team with Isogenic, but to create a support community for female veterans. Some days I feel completely out of control of my life. My brain goes down a spiral, thinking: My house isn't enough. I don't want to live here anymore! This isn't fair! I have spent hours fuming about my current situation, wracking my brain about how to get un-stuck. The truth is: No matter how "perfect" my life will be, I will always want things to be different, to want more, to have better. What we must all remember is that when we feel like we are missing something... like our current life situation is not reflecting what we want out of life, what we're  TRULY after is not a new thing, a new place, or a new relationship. What we are actually craving is a different FEELING. I have learned that while I cannot control every aspect of my life *especially as a military spouse*, I CAN control my thoughts, reactions, and being in gratitude.
