Codi took his passion to new heights as an adult, when he began working in the funeral home industry, and worked his way up to funeral home director. Thanh Campbell was brought over to Canada in 1975 by a group of Canadian rescuers during the Vietnam War. Thanh was soon adopted by a family who raised him for the rest of his life. As Thanh grew up he began to learn more about his past, and where he came from. He began publicly sharing his story, and his story started to gain some momentum. He thought he was the only one, but he later learned out that there were many other orphans who were also on the same flight. After the story gained worldwide attention, one day Thanh received an email that there was a man in Vietnam who claimed to be his biological father!
