Do you often find yourself caught up in your mind? The endless thought-loop? From my own experience I have felt much confusion, pain, and uncertainty regarding the actions based upon thoughts alone. I discovered that tapping into my heart always leads to clarity, guidance, and love. I ask myself many times daily: am I living and acting from my heart? From unconditional love?
