My show has hit one year. Along with its growth I have grown too. It is not easy to be better than you were yesterday, but we all try. I talk about the growth and changes I have gone threw to work on becoming the most authentic version of myself. With fear, doubt and unconformable choices come change.

My past and my now collide more than i want it to. I understand my history will undoubtedly follow me like a tail. However, it does not define me going forward. I discuss in this episode about a dream I had with a loved one and how it manifested and triggered real thoughts. The idea of how our past influences us going forward in outside of our control. Or is it?

Living with ourselfs

After Sitting down with Andres, I instantly discovered myself asking myself am I a trickster. I had to sit back and humbly ask myself, is how I approach the things I do in my everyday life effect others. We discover throughout our conversation that family, friends and our upbringing have a lot to do with it.

Show up. Commit. Be fully present for your those you care about. Not just on the phone but in person. Show up...care. Just follow through. Your bad times are temporary; So when you're up, enjoy it, bask in it, and be grateful for it. And when you're down, know you will get through it. Know that it's not the end, and that it's just a rough patch. Life is full of twists and turns, ups and downs, and surprises.

Imagine what is not yet in front of you. Yet blindly reaching around in the dark. This is what I would called a GOAL. The successful end of season two compels me still in the hunt of my ultimate goal. The Goal I set for myself when this show started. I sincerely hope that ALL that listen and read fortunately discover their own truths in life and live by them for you and no one else. I have grown considerably in direct connection to the notable people who have taken time away from their bustling lives to be on my show. I value all those who have just given kind words of inspiration. Focus 4 You isn't solely about me; it is universally about you too. We are constantly looking out the window in ambitious efforts to naturally become or do more than what it is we are doing now. My day dreaming has undoubtedly created this show and everything around it. I had to at one point stop day dreaming and start doing! Used today as the day YOU start DOING.
