Episode Eight - 'Rock, Paper & Swords...'

On this weeks podcast, an announcement is made in regards to JD's future. Has he really left for good?! The boys debate who could be the 'Player of the Decade', they look at an unfair managerial casualty in the Championship, and also review the weekends Premiership action. A piece of the show is dedicated to Robert Enke, who sadly took his life on Tuesday; RIP Robert Enke.

This weeks episode is very much a Champions League Special, as the boys look back on a week of action as all the European giants are in action across the continent. The Ponders are back, but JD has gone AWOL for the week...On this weeks addition of 'Southern California's No 1 Football Podcast (In our opinion)', Nic & Dave look into the Swine Flu outbreak in the Premiership, Liverpool 's bouncebackability, with no help from a beach ball, with a win against Man Utd, and give their views on a potential female management appointment in the Football League. Episode Five - 'We visited IKEA and realized JD is still in the closet...'

The Ponders munch away through as many topics as they did through packets of crisps in this latest instalment of the Pond. Coming from their new glitzy West LA Studio, The Ponders look over a weekend of vital World Cup qualifiers, as England's defence goes missing in Ukraine, Ireland suffer last minute agony against those 'Flukey' Italians, and Argentina just about beat Peru. Also, the boys give their views on FIFA's new seeding systems, the early season Championship promotion race, and an ex Costa Rican Premiership star eneters the 'Pond Hall of Fame'. The Ponders are back for the second instalment of 'The Pond'.
