Jesse Korman grew up on the New Jersey punk and metal scene during the time when a lot of the music from that area was inspiring a huge movement in rock culture around the world that was finding its way into the mainstream. His band, The Number 12 Looks Like You, went on to playing a pivotal role in metalcore and develop a cult following from Japan to the UK to the United States.
