Britney's Legal Team Accuses James Spears of Extortion

“...and bad mistakes, I’ve made a few” -Queen.   In late August and early September attorney John Pierce who is known for formerly representing Kyle Rittenhouse and 17 defendants in the January 6th cases, but now known for going missing...absolutely missing. Not only did he go missing but the individual standing in for him in court and in defense-related legal hearings is not an attorney and it’s unclear if they will become an attorney based on their own pending criminal cases. The entire circumstance around the reports about this attorney are wild and I will be following up on this story. NOTE- Since recording this podcast John Pierce has reportedly filed a notice with several courts saying that he was hospitalized for 12 days, but not stating why. Was It All A Fraud? Elizabeth Holmes goes to trial.

The guy who was the baby on the Nirvana Nevermind album cover is now suing the band, band members, the estate of Curt Kobain, and others over the image. The Federal lawsuit filed on August 24, 2021, alleges that the image is an exploitative photo of a child (CP) and that he was forced into this situation. This suit has some very fundamental problems and has really pissed me off. I can’t wait to hear what you think about this one. It’s Hollywood Baby! Hollywood has allure and magic but it also has a dark side. This episode covers how the sausage gets made. Scarlet Johansson sues Disney over her contract regarding the distribution of Black Widow. She is arguing that her contract was based on a wide theatrical release like other Marvel movies, what Disney did was release the movie in Theaters and on Disney+ Streaming the same day, without renegotiating the contract.  Bam Margera is suing Paramount and Jackass co-star Johnny Knoxville over a wellness agreement that he argues he was forced to sign. On July 14th she got her own lawyer, now on July 26th, her lawyer is asking James Spears to resign and if now asking the court to suspend and then remove him.
