Solidarity Cocaine

After some long contemplation, I'm uploading another episode that I recorded with my good friend Royce back in October. I thought about not uploading it because so much time had passed since it was recorded, but listening back to it made me realize how lovely of a chat this was. I wanted others to hear the conversation Royce and I had about balancing one's life, particularly as a musician with a busy lifestyle, as I think it is a pertinent topic to continue to raise awareness for. We discuss hustle culture and how that sort of lifestyle is unsustainable and realistically, very unhealthy.  Royce Richert is a very accomplished violinist whose musicianship I deeply admire. Royce: Quiet Strength

Bridget Esler is a very dear friend of mine who I love and respect immensely! I made sure to sit down and chat with her during a weekend trip I took to Montréal where her and her roomies very kindly offered to house me for my time there. Bridget and I have been pals for quite some time now, and we discuss the history of our friendship in this episode.
