It’s trailer time!! Long have we waited, and at last, the final trailer for the final film in the Skywalker Saga is here. Marco and JT break down a preview that reaches for soaring, anthemic heights, but maybe misses the mind-blowing hook at the end of The Last Jedi’s final trailer. Still, this looks like a wild and epic movie with space horse cavalry charges, Reylo smashes, Mecha-Palpatine and maybe BB-8 the suicide bomber. Let’s all take one last look… at our friends.

The Rise of Skywalker marketing engine is just kicking into gear, and Kevin Feige has been tapped to produce a new Star Wars movie. JT and Marco discuss these new developments, and then just sort of blather on about the old EU for an hour. Enjoy!

Laeta Kalogridis may be working on a Knights of the Old Republic screenplay, which may or not be related to Benioff and Weiss’s movie. There’s a new Vanity Fair out with some excellent photos from The Rise of Skywalker. Reylo intensifies. You know the drill.

We’re back! We’ve finally gotten a look at Episode IX, courtesy of the teaser trailer and panel at Star Wars: Celebration. James and Marco discuss the awkward questions from Colbert, hints at the plot from JJ and the rest of the sexy cast, and then go shot by shot through the trailer itself. Just who are these weird furry-hands guys re-making Kylo’s helmet?? We’re hyped as hell for The Rise of Skywalker.

The blood moon rises, and new Star Wars news is released. Marco and Benji check in to talk about some of the San Diego Comic-Con announcements before getting to the meat of the news: the casting and production announcements for Star Wars: Episode IX. Who will Richard E. Grant and Naomi Ackie play? And Keri Russell? What will Rey’s character arc be? Will this really be the final chapter in the Skywalker Saga? Our thoughts within.

We’re back! After a long hiatus (check us out on our other podcast Headcanon), Marco and Benji have returned to discuss the state of Star Wars and some of its awful fans.
