"Shauna, you're forcing it." - Preston Gullbrand   My son reminds me from time to time, when he feels I'm forcing something to happen, typically something HE needs to take care of. Yet over the past week or so I've been feeling a bit chaotic inside. Why? Because I've been trying to force it. Too much of it, in fact.   "If you're forcing, that means you're not playing." -Inge Blythe Yoga teacher.   This morning's practice was one of playfulness and allowing. During the class I realized that within my 'forcing it', I had lost my connection to my sense of playfulness, something I like to bring into everything I do.
