Hi! I'm Kate! This is me rambling about the things I think about and why I think you should be thinking about them too! Mostly I chat about books and topics related to health, wellness, food, productivity and the mindset around it all so you (and I) don’t go crazy trying to live a healthy and balanced life. I am a former elementary teacher on a never-ending health journey - down 60lbs - and I like to talk and create. I read almost exclusively personal development and self-help books and love to talk about how they relate to health and/or life in general. Most of what I read gets organized into lists, flow-chart, grids, worksheets or graphs and I share my visual creations on Etsy. My brain is a crazy, busy place and I also strive to lead my best life and continually learn, evolve and share with others who are also my kind of crazy.
