Be 'Authentic' = Be Real ! Look like you, not somebody else. Walk like you, not like somebody else. Be the age you're at- not younger or older. Be who you are, not because "being authentic" is "in" at the moment, but because you want to be real. You might feel fake in yourself, somehow. You might be observing the life of a loved one and you can see that who they're presenting to the world, isn't who they are. You or your loved one, is enough. You are enough without being tough, without the glitz, without the happy-life-is-fine, face. You are ok as you are now. Growing and developing is great, important and 'should' always be a priority- I'm not saying don't improve yourself. But the more real you can be to yourself, the more real people you will attract into your work, friendship, relationship and creative life.

HEALING INSIGHT - Be Authentic, Be Real, Be Who You Are

When you have a realization, you will instantly create a whole new reality in your life- within your body, within your environment, with every situation and with all the people you know. A realization is that "ah-ha" moment when something suddenly occurs to you to help you understand something. To have realizations, you need awareness, to build awareness, you can use this meditation: Hear the words "I Am" over and over in your mind, breathe slow and deep in through your nose, out through your mouth and bring all the focus to your heart, holding a crystal at your heart will help a lot too. As you do meditation, your awareness will increase which will lead you to have realizations, that will stop the things that you don't want, from happening and you will move toward to reality you want, automatically. You're reality will improve quickly and for the better.

HEALING INSIGHT #9 - Realizations Create Fast Positive Change

Make the change you know you need to make. Do it today. Even if it's a little, tiny change, do it. If you have courage, make a big change. Most people are scared of change and scared of the unknown. If you don't want to change, I understand. Generally, when you don't change, your life can get stuck and even go backwards. Help yourself move forward, by changing. Do congratulate yourself for the changes you have made in the past or recently. Well done. Make another important change. Keep changing. Everything will improve!

HEALING INSIGHT #8 - Make The Change

The most important thing to remember about your age in general is: you are the youngest today than you will ever be. Think about that... Focus on your age today. Nobody knows what you'll look like in years to come. Photos from the past don't matter. Only you in the flesh matters today. There is no time machine. Nobody can go back in the past and be younger. Nobody can travel years into the future and see what they'll look like in years to come. Forget the fantasy. There is no time machine. Accept where you are today. Be real. Be in the present. Celebrate today as the youngest you will ever be :-D !

When you feel your life improving, do feel good about it because of the effort you've put in, but doing stop now. Just because things have improved, don't give up your continuous efforts and tell yourself that it's good enough for now. There is so much more happiness, financial/ freedom, better health amidst other things for you to come, but you have to keep going to get there. Stay focused, steady disciplined. Good job so far! And keep going!

If possible, let yourself say something to somebody you care about or used to care about: a partner, friend, family member, colleague or boss. If the other person hurt you and they never acknowledged it or said sorry, you're unlikely to forgive and forget. Especially if there is still some vague and seemingly insignificant contact between you. Communicate your feelings. Honor them. You owe it to yourself.

HEALING INSIGHT #5 - It's Never Too Late To Say How You Feel

PROTECT YOUR LIFE What's in your life? Who are the important people and tasks and elements that make up your life? Your life needs to be protected from other people's selfish demands. Other people and their problems are not your responsibility. They are probably not worth your precious time. You need to get back to your centredness. The wellness of your body will tell you if you're prioritising your life. Protect your life and all that's in it.
