Ken have been giving dating a go (to mixed success), so we have called in an expert. Meet friend of the podcast Steph from Melbourne who, after five days, moved across continents for love. Strange thing is, it actually worked! Kim is quite vengeful in this episode (revenge from last week) and Ben is on hand to offer his usual perspective on realising people are bat shit crazy and when you have to follow your heart (thanks Casey Donovan). S01E07: Ken get professional help

So it’s happened: Ben has taken his revenge on Kim and decided to grill (or Grill’d) her on her personal life. Kim is very awkward as Ben puts the pressure on with the tough questions; financial, legal, the whole shebang. But things are picking up for Ben: he is watching a new show on Netflix, has a vacancy in his house (clearly an avid listener of the podcast) and is about to embark on a business trip (with Kim, naturally). He has also cleared with Kim that she can’t abandon him now she Iives in a different (read fancier), suburb. We also do a round up of all the good bottle shops in the local area- obviously necessary.

S01E06: Kim's moving in with you-know-who

Ben has taken himself off the market. And Kim has a lot of opinions about it. He claims he didn't feel "the spark"; Kim thinks he is being "a harsh nong". Ben talks about one of his first dates at a large fast food chain and his foray into ordering pizza. Kim talks about her favourite restaurant (that recently got raided by the health authority) and then Ken banter about why a dim lit bar can be a good (Ben) or bad (Kim idea). Like the movie, “Practical Magic” Ken are getting down to business and issuing practical advice.
