Some have lost their loved ones or their homes.Even if you're not affected by drought or fire, you may be going through a tough time. It may be the first Christmas since you've lost someone that you love, or the first that your family has been separated.This episode is about providing some support, comfort and reassurance that you're not alone. It provides some mindset tips around being kind to yourself, finding one positive from 2019 and practising self care over the holidays.It's also a reminder that it's so important to talk to someone when you're feeling down.
