When we worship God, it evokes the Holy Spirit to move on our behalf.  The worship stirs up the Holy Spirit as well as our faith, and brings forth the glory of God.  The pressing to get into a place of sincere worship is truly to please God, but at the same time we reap the benefits of God’s manifested glory in our lives.

Worship In Spirit

What would life be like if we truly believed God and trusted in him for everything, if we were again at rest with our Creator.  This eternal, spiritual rest is the rest God offers believers, and it is a rest that is entered, not by setting aside one day a week, but by faith, by believing in the One whom God has sent.

Admittedly, walking (or living) a Christian lifestyle can be hard.  In the natural, when our walk is staggered, or we have gotten a little weary, we have a seat. The same is true spiritually, when we grow weary, we must "sit" in the Word of God, with God, and be refreshed.

From the moment our feet hit the floor the enemy of our soul longs to have us bound up with fear and keep us from moving forward in God’s purpose for us for the day.  He seeks to catch us in a dry moment so that we can come into a covenant of despair with him, leading us to make fear based decisions. But God, through the Holy Spirit, will cause us to overflow with hope.

Sometimes in life when we&#39;re going through bad times, we can become broke, busted, and disgusted.  However, if we&#39;re not careful, these feelings can make us miss the time when God shows up.

Pharaoh means "destroyer", and is a strongman-principal spirit controlling a person, family, place or thing to bondage.  It tries to curtail your spiritual, physical, financial, marital, and all freedom that will enable you to live your full potential for the Lord.  He has robbed us of our Godly inheritance and it’s time for change.  Whoever your pharaoh is, don’t let him bluff you any longer into believing you have no rights to rise up, that you cannot be any different than what has always been.  Jesus came to release us all from the tyranny of pharaoh!

Of all the things the disciples could have asked Jesus to teach them, they inquired about prayer.  Prayer is wrapped up in God&#39;s will for our lives, and He says that we should ask, seek and knock.  Effective prayers are ones that beseech the throne of grace on all three of these levels.
