Self- Reflection

Sometimes when we get overwhelmed we get frustrated and scared because things aren't going the way we think it's supposed to go. Matters are more intense we are under pressure to stay home, but also provide for our families and for those without a job are forced to figure life out and how bills will get paid (I'm praying for you). On top of it all you are flooded with everyone saying "make use of this time", "gain a new skill", "start a business" etc.. What happens when you're just not sure what to do?
