We see products and services touched by AI everywhere; web retails predicting our next purchase, smart cars “see” pedestrians and know to stop, natural language customer support systems that are answering questions either over the phone or written, social media bots that create commentary on the latest news, and financial service models and transactions controlled by AI. Aerohive is aiding the network management of hotels, making it more than just connectivity by offering an extension of true operations and business intelligence. IT will not be looking at individual KPIs and troubleshooting single events because Aerohive provides machine assistance, which allows IT staff to instead focus on top concerns and strategic efforts. As the organization moves away from a break/fix mode of operation, it allows larger business solutions and goals to be prioritized with greater impact on overall company success.
