Happy Mother's Day to my momma Jana McNeil!! She also happens to be the guest for this week! She's the reason I have such a strong work ethic and don't make excuses. Having me and my four younger sisters at such an early age, I was old enough to witness her just accept that our father's weren't going to pull their weight. She ended up putting herself through Nursing School and changing her own life through hard work and determination.   My mother is my hero and she never gives up.  She's also the reason I'm funny because she taught me to laugh things off.  I love my Momma!!!

When he wanted to make it to the NFL, he had to find a way.  When he was cut from the Washington Redskins and fell into a deep depression, he had to find a way.  When his wife was diagnosed with cancer, he had to find a way.  When he was fired from the gym that he helped become the number one gym in the country, because they owners were selling the business, he had to find a way When he wanted to start his own gym, he had to find a way.
