I was speaking to producers of the documentary film about Japanese war prisoners sent to Central Asia during the WW2, Aigul Kubatova, Arstanbek Sagaldaev, and the head of the Kyrgyz-Japan entrepreneurial council and the former ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Japan Ryspek Moldogaziev.  We spoke about Kyrgyz-Japan relations, historical encounters, and how producers decided to create the documentary about war prisoners from Japan?  A note: the radio program aired two years ago.

600 days of faith

This recording is one of the first aired series of the Esimde program on Maral FM.  It was broadcasted in Summer of 2018. Speakers are well-known researchers and opinion-makers. I talked to Aijarkyn Kojobekov, a researcher and social scientist and Eleri Bitikchi, a historian and researcher about the memory studies in Kyrgyz society. We spoke both in Russian and Kyrgyz during the broadcast.
