Now with Jasmine, the social workers have taken her off of medication for seizures that she has been prescribed for three years. The seizures were caused by the abuse that Jasmine endured at the hands of her father. I question the tactics of an entity that would sever the visitation rights of a family due to answering reasonable questions. This entity stated that videotaping was not allowed without permission. Suleman had permission previously but apparently on a whim today it was not okay. So a family suffers. A 21-year-old daughter who CPS is forcing out of Bene’s home because “she is too old to live at home,” a 17-year-old with renal failure, and two other siblings who are currently in foster care. Her eight-year-old son, who is Autistic, and her thirteen-year-old daughter are currently in foster care. CPS continues to refuse to return her children unless she makes a choice between her children. The Family Courts proceeding over the case stated that regardless of being a registered sex offender, he is allowed to have custody of her because he is the biological father. Wow…just wow.
