Kathmandu Coast to Coast Race Director Glen Currie joins TeamCP's Richard Greer to look back on Covid19 and then ahead to a fantastic 2021 event.  2020 women's longest day runner up Ali Wilson talks us through how she went from relatively unknown (in the off road space) to leading the women's race for 2/3 of the race, before eventually be passed by Corrine O'Donnell to finish second.  Then from the Mountain Run to the Tandem, Matt Bateman has caught the bug! and talks of his love for the Kathmandu Coast to Coast and why he's coming back for more.

Anna Dean has done the race in a number of different formats from the Longest day racing at the front of the field to enjoying the Two Day with her Mum. The nutrition challenge changes when the goals for the event changes - Anna discusses her experiences and how to make it work for you. Matt Stewart lined up for his first Coast to Coast last year and is back for another crack.  Starting at a base "lower than zero" he made it to the finish line but is back fitter, stronger and more organised in 2020 to take hours off his finishing time.
